Organizing Committee gladly invites you to take part in 2026 IEEE 7th International Conference on Modern Electrical and Energy System (MEES) on November 11 – 14, 2026, Kremenchuk, Ukraine. IEEE MEES is a part of IEEE Kremenchuk University Week and one of major scientific event for IEEE community of the Kremenchuk Mykhailo Ostrohradskyi National University.

Conference focused on communication between scientists and industry representatives from Ukraine and other countries, and also discussion new up-to-date scientific and technical solutions in electrical and energy systems. This year, the conference is planned in a hybrid format.

All accepted papers, which are oral or poster presented at the conference, will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (Scopus and Web of Science indexation). IEEE Quality Control of Conference Proceedings for meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements may lead to delays in posting the Proceedings in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, or decline to post some papers that do not meet the IEEE quality criteria. Please note that “No-show” papers won’t be included in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
